You have a positive outlook and therefore portray that in your actions and with your words. This, in turn, causes good things to happen in your life.
5. Do something good for yourself.
We all need a moment for ourselves. Eat a slice of cheesecake. Volunteer at your favorite charity. Take a bubble bath. Start a collection for a local food or clothing bank. Get together with friends. It's always great to get together with friends, even if it's Tuesday. Who really needs an occasion? Doing something good for yourself may sometimes seem selfish, but it is necessary.
